Default BUG: ntpd starts with authentication disabled (not safe)

If you are running ntp with Mandriva 2007 Free, you'll want to read this bug I submitted and adjust your system accordingly. This
applies mainly to public ntp servers running on Mandriva 2007 Free, but there is no reason why anyone running ntp (even in a
client-only situation) shouldn't take the recommended action.

If you are not running a public ntp server (client only), be sure you have 'restrict default ignore' in your /etc/ntp.conf.
