I have Mandriva 2008 installed and can't get Totem to play MP4/
Quicktime files. Well actually the video will play, but no audio.
MPLAYER will play the files, but the audio and video are out of
sync.

However the same video, if streamed through firefox, plays just
fine(Firefox is using the totem plugin).

Is there a plugin I need for the stand alone TOTEM player?

Working fine here. Running it under strace shows it's picking up files from

I have the same problem but VLC seems to be able to play them.
