Default How to find temperature of Redhat server ?

Is there anyway of finding the temperature of Redhat Linux servers ? I
have Enterprise Linux ES 3.x and 4.x installed on Dell servers. I have
read a little about sensors but cannot figure out how to use it to
display the temperature.

Please let me know if there is a way.

Thanks,
Kevin.
