Problems with Install_ALL Command

Running Red Hat 9.

Trying to compile and configure Sagem 800 Broadband modem

I have uncompressed the driver file and it has asked me to cd to ADI_DRIVER
folder then;

run command from root

../Install_ALL (kernel version) e.g 2.4.20.18

All I get is command not found, but the Install_ALL is there.
