Red Hat AS 3 & Load Balancing

Dear all,
I've W2100z WS with AS Red HAT 3. I would like to add another Ethernet
card to the system and I would like to do a load balancing or failover
between these two cards.

My question if possible to do that & how with Sun AMD machine & Linux
OS.
