RH 9 Kernel Panic: mount:error 22
So, with he latest RHN upgrade of the kernel, I was upgrading with the
Nividia installer, and started having various hd error messages. Seems
that they went away. Upon an attempt at reboot, however, I started
getting kernel panics. The messages are included below.
I tried using the rescue disc, but while that boots, it fails to mount
my disk, although fdisk finds all the paritions ok.
I have /boot, /, and a swap partition. If nothing else, I have a bunch
of personal data on / that I don't wish to lose.
So, how screwed am I?
