I just got a 4 CD set of Fedora Core 4 and can not install.
I believe that the problem is it does not recognize the new
Dell SATA controler/drives. Anything I can do to get an
install? Maybe some "boot option"?


I also have Redhat AS 3.0 and have the same problem.
No HD's found. Any chance of getting this installed?


As a side note, I borrowed a set of SuSE 9.3 Professional
CD's and the install was flawless so SuSE can recognize
SATA.


I'd rather use RH or Fedora. Can some one help?

What is the exact problem and error message?


What is the exact hardware model?
Are you using a SATA-RAID controller or just SATA (Check your BIOS settings)?
