vi error

Hi,
one of the first rule when using linux is to search the man pages for
related bugs reported. and that I did, I welcome your suggestion but
obviously you have no idea what's exactly is my problem. I would suggest
that provide assistance only when you have the resources.
Btw, the the problem is with elvis packages, I bet you have no idea that
slackware are using elvis as the replacement for vi. it's symbolical
link to elvis.
