Default is there any official SuSE contact forum?

I have some complaints and some suggestions to make to SuSE regarding their
present and future distros. Where can I contact them? Do they pay any
attention to this newsgroup? If I send them an e-mail I get an automatic
ticket response and that's that. I get no further feedback. Is there a
forum where users discuss with SuSE these issues?

IOANNS MANOLOUDIS adjusted his/her tin foil beanie and asbestos
underwear to write:

You want to complain about something that is free and you chose
yourself?

grow up if there is something wrong then fix it yourself, also stop
using CAPITALS.

Any complaints then mail me, that is if you can figure out how

Please grow up and/or kick the chip off your sholder - the user has some
suggestions he'd like to make. My hat's off to him. If more people would
try to offer constructive recommendations rather than bitch at everyone
who has something to say, we'd all be better off.

If he gave any indication of what his problems are then maybe he would
get help instead of just "bitch" about support, if he wants help then I
am sure he would get it.

Has he bought the official pack with all that goes with it?

Do you know, do I know?

If you want to pick holes as well then go ahead.

But can you answer the questions he asks in the form he asks?

I have no chip M$ makes my living for me and I am quite happy with it,

on how to ask questions.

There are several mail addresses to contact SuSE, I contacted them serveral
times during the last 5 or so years. It was me for example who suggested
that they should compile snort (an intrusion detection systems often used
in firewall setups) with support for logging to SQL-databases so that snort
can be used straight from the CD with logging to an SQL-database and so
there is no need for a compiler and libraries on a security sensitive
system. Before that you had to compile your own nnort on the machine if you
wanted to log to a SQL-server. Several months after that suggestion I got a
reply from SuSEE that they fould my proposal a good one and for about one
year or so snort comes precompiled with that possibility.

Yes, no, maybe?

Mail is read and good suggustions are beeing processed.

The various mailing SuSE offers are normally read by the SuSE staff. The
best way howevers is to contact them directly by sending email.
