I know exactly why it won't run as anything other than administrator.
I can fix it if so desired, however, it would mean removing a program I
use (and metioned in this very thread) frequently and that is simply
not acceptable.

As you obvipously keep missing the bits you don't understand in a
thread and offer incomplete advice, may I suggest you simply duck out
of this conversdation. It is blatantly obvious that you really don't
know what my problem is or how to solve it.
