I have a Dell INspiron 8200 laptop, it will read and load Win XP FIne.
WHen I try loading Ubuntu 7.10 or 7.4 Starts to load but then locks up
with numerous read error messages. The Ubuntu disks are good they are
commercially made disks and have been used on other units. Why would a
CD ROM read only the windows disk but not the Ubuntu disks ?
I would appreciate any input or ideas...
