PANIC: Can't boot after update!

Most likely, and if it isn't I will install it.

But is Adept the problem here??
I figured it was nothing but a thin wrapper over apt. That is, wouldn't I
have had the exact same problem if I had just typed "sudo apt-get
dist-upgrade"??

The important question for me now is: how I fix this?
