Hi guys and girls

Quick question. I have Ubuntu installed, and very new with Linux/Unix for
that matter.

I want to install SpamAssassin, but the following msg when doing the
command:

root@ubuntu:/# apt-get install spamassassin spamc
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Package spamassassin is not available, but is referred to by another
package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
E: Package spamassassin has no installation candidate

Could anyone suggest another command or alternative to install SA?

It's in the universe repo make sure that is enabled in your package
manager.
