Divx 5.03Pro troubles (divx)

Hi to all,
I was trying to create a new divx clip, and I noticed that the pre
processing source option is now greyed out, as is the crop and resize
functions. I did a remove & reinstall, and they're still missing and now
there are only 3 encoding options, 1 pass, mutli 1st & multi nth.
Any idea what I've done to remove these functions?
