Can the difference be made up by sliding a 4" schedule 40 pipe over the exiting 3.5" pipe? - Jerry Kaidor ( jerry@tr2.com ) *** The mount is large and square. The square tubing seems to be not very thick. It has dimpled in where the mounting bolts went through. Also, the terminating plate of the actuator arm is a bit bent. The part of the mount that slides over the vertical pipe has tapped holes for the setscrews, whereas my KTI mount has nuts welded onto the outside of the tube. It looks like the original four setscrew holes are stripped, and somebody drilled and tapped two more holes offset 90 degrees from the original ones. I may want to weld nuts over the stripped holes. |
