Choosing a Decoder and Cam

I'm about to purchase a new digital decoder.

But trying too decide

Decoder choice Humax 5400, Manahatan or somthing else.

SHould it have 6-1 or Magic Cam or Joker Cam.

What are the good and bad points too the cam v 6-1

Or a Sammy 9500 VIA CI and irdeto .
