Does any software do this? (tv dvd)

Record on the fly from a tv-tuner card straight to a dvd-rw on a dvd
burner??From the pc in other words Is that even possible? If so, which
program does it?

Can you read? Both mentioned programs write DIRECTLY TO DVD.

If that is too difficult, maybe you should give up now?
