I've moved house but sky....... (sky)

my sky system thinks I am still in the old area so I don't get local ITV/BBC
channels. I've tried rebooting but it makes no difference. I have read the
faq but cannot see the solution . any ideas ???

You will need to inform Sky. They should then send a signal to your card
with the new postcode details. This will allow you to have the correct
region for ITV

Phone Sky and advise the CSR of new address and new region will be
recognized. Regional variations is based on your post code.

You can of course get *all* ITV regional programmes and BBC (already on EPG)
by 'add channels' feature of 'System setup'.
Get details of frequency, polarity etc from such sites as
http://www.lpilsley.co.uk/skyitv.htm
