programmable satellite car radio receiver?? (receiver)

Does anyone know of satellite car radio receivers that can be used
with various free to air satellite stations available in Europe? eg.
Sat radio on Astra satellites.

As Sirius and XM are not available in Europe i am interested in just a
receiver that can be tuned in to any satellite radio frequency.
