Having a strange problem with my DTC-100. After rearranging furniture
(relocating receiver) the unit seems to have a mind of its own. It
was disconnected from power for about five minutes and now it randomly
and often switches between inputs, chooses a channel at random, and
won't respond to both remote commands and the front panel buttons from
time to time.

The unit has never been subscribed to DTV, nor has it ever received an
upgrade--the software has always been 40b, and is now. I have
forgotten the key combo to get into the service menu.

Any ideas? Does it need a reset? If so, how is this accomplished?
Service menu, or soecial set of key press?

Totally lost here, any help would be appreciated greatly.
