Default Some Philadelphia FM Station is sending incorrect RDS time signals

Does anyone know which Philadelphia FM stations send RDS time signals?

One of them (maybe more than one) is sending an incorrect time; it
keeps changing my car clock to be 30 minutes off.

I know I can turn off the auto-set feature, but that's so much less
interesting than finding out who's doing it.

I haven't check recently here in the DC area, but a couple of years ago only
about 25% of the RDS stations were as close as 30 minutes to the correct
time. 99.5 used to be really accurate, but they were sending GPS correction
signals at the time. That is no longer true.

The West Va State Network was an hour off during the summer. Their RDS
clocks had to be manually set at each transmitter, and that would have meant
many hundreds of miles of driving. So they left them on standard time [EST]
all year.

I don't think you can expect any improvement unless stations put more
emphasis on RDS. Sadly, dropping RDS seems to be more common around here.
