Tonight Show - w/Joey Bishop / Wally Pikal

Hi:
I`m looking for a mid-1970`s Johnny Carson tonight show episode with
Joey Bishop and includes an appearance by Wally Pikal who does an act
by jumping on a pogo stick playing 3 trumpets at the same time.

Also: Looking for any surviving 1962/63 shows as long as they are
complete.
Commercials or not isnt a problem.
