Default HDTV 20' from receiver, how to hook up? (receiver)

I am going to switch from Dish to Direct TV cause they now have locals
and I want Sunday Ticket next year.

I am also going to get a HD receiver.

All my equipment is built into the wall about 20' from my TV and I
wanted to use the three component cables for the video and was
thinking of putting the Sat receiver on my center speaker so the
cables would reach the TV and then run RCA audio cables from there to
my A/V receiver in the wall 20' away, meaning no Dolby digital 5.1.

I know there is no optical cable that long so my choices are few.

Does anyone have another suggestion?

Also is the picture quality with DTV better than dish. Dish has always
seemed way to compressed for my taste.

You can get long cables:

As far as picture quality, it's always changing over time as
satellites are changed and channels are shuffled around.
