Additionally, you will notice that Brian Oliver is the director of the
previous company that has been discharged, and the consultant
submitting the new Impact TV documents amongst others…
So – more than aquaintences… Wonder why the old Impact TV closed
down and the new one opened – as there is still a strong relationship?
Could it have been because of a conflict of interest with the
Brian Maurice Oliver is currently the director of
E-NET Limited (Inc 6-Dec-99 Registered at 44 Mandeville Place Albany
North Shore City – Appears to be Olivers Residential Address – 3
Directors each with 400 Shares)
E-LINK Limited (Inc 6-Dec-99 Registered as above – Same directors as
E-TV Limited (inc 2-Dec-99 – As above)
South Pacific Television Limited (Inc 9 Apr 01 – 1 Director – 1200
Shares – Same Residential Address)
Interestingly South Pacific Televsiion Limited was a previous company
that had been struck off the register. This was Inc 19-Apr-96 and was
held by James Richard Roskom and Hepke Van Der Sluis and Brian Oliver.
Struck off on 8 Mar 01.
Both South Pacific Television and ImpactTv have been owned by previous
directors, and both disolved at the same time… It would appear there
was a falling out with directors and hence they ceased trading and
closed up shop, only to be immediately re-opened again by one of the
