I thought my realtor showed me my friends old place. I am almost sure thatt
was it.

The other one she showed me had a much better lay out and view than my
friends' and it
clearly not industrial. I am also remembering more sunniness or
something of that sort.

I wouldn't mind seeing it again. Plus which it is a good strategy.
Perhaps if they know that I have come to see it twice, I might be
interested in negotiating.

I'm totally flexible on Saturdays too. But now I have to go look up what
time I said I would meet the realtor.

I'm assuming it was 2:30.

On another note. looking for a place to live. I haev too much info in my
head.
Did we see this - or didn't we. it's all a blur.

The reason I note it is because I think I have seen my friend's condo where
she lived more than once already. my friend rented there from someone who
was
trying to sell. I overnighted with the friend there once. Liked the
building but not the particular unit that she had. Very industrial.
and view was very industrial. But very spacious. It was going for
500k then. So, if i see this one come up, I'd like to see it again,
even if same unit. But I know that I will see it a bazillion more times
because I can't remember from time to time which ones I do see and I don't
take notes.
