New songs are being billed as "black sabbath" songs... right?

On the new Black Sabbath CD coming out "Sabbath the Dio years", the
three new songs are being credited to "Black Sabbath", right?

THen why the hell not just tour as Black Sabbath then? What's this
"Heaven and Hell" about? I've heard assertions that Iommi is no longer
allowed to use "Black Sabbath" anymore, but they sure seem to be
recording as Black Sabbath.

Ozzy and sharon prolly have a piece of the action on the CD, but not the
tour.

Iommi is the sole owner of the name Black Sabbath. He says the reason they
are using the name Heaven and Hell is to eliminate any confusion.
