Don't you hate it when an email gets stuck in your outbox for some reason?
Thanks! :-) It's the only three hours that ever mattered from the radio! You were at the Jam so you know the importance of my Work, plus the incredible way it's here, meaning only one person taped it off the radio, and that was me. I don't know if you've heard the sound samples from californiajam.com or seen this yet: http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/California_Jam/ which is the most incredible photo on the net. I also own the original 200 page looseleaf ABC/TV California Jam Scriptbook and I have it right here with me. I've never been able to locate any original ABC/TV copyright at the US Copyright Office, leading me to believe there is none. What I'd like to do with this is like you say; make it into a Documentary; distribute the Soundtrack (which sounds much better than rock and roll to me), create a Museum, the whole gamut! The sound "quality" of my California Jam Recordings is just that- "QUALITY" - unprecedented in the History of the California Jam Lore. I've also acquired most of the important California Jam videos in varying states of quality. The black and white Rare Earth, Deep Purple and Black Sabbath is remarkably good quality. My soundtracks are so incredible I'm the one who has to send these to the California Jam Performers themselves because they never had it. I've interviewed Gil Bridges from Rare Earth and I have that on CD. I have lots of California Jam material but need I tell you it's not being marketed properly. The way I recorded it makes it's sound bigger than any other kind of Music! This is our Way of Life in the Internet; A lot of us live the California Jam Way of Life and nothing else! I also have a Musical here bigger than the Beatles called NuclearWarrior.com, but everyone's talking about California Jam right now Rick so why can't we get it done? I'm open to all ideas and suggestions at this point. Call me or email me right away please. Thanks for your interest and thanks for being at the Jam, which was California's Biggest Party Ever and I'm the only one who preserved it! Get the cameras ready for my truimphant return to the Hallowed Ground. The Hero of California's bringing the California Jam back home, and then some. I have no gates when it comes to reviving the mighty California Jam. This is the best Yet ....
