Default OT: Symphonic Rock

So here's the deal: I love symphonic rock. I was sitting at work the
other day listening to a Jessica Riddle song entitled "Indifference", and
the orchestral portions of that song are just COOL, and it made me realize
how much more symphonic rock I want to add to my collection. So I'm
looking for input from others for symphonic rock bands to add to the CD
tower.

Before people start, I'm already well aware of Rhapsody, Nightwish, Sonata
Arctica, Edenbridge, Symphony X, Trans-Siberian Orchestra/Savatage, etc.
Any other recommendations would really be helpful. In advance, thanks.

Hey, why not check out the up-and-coming norwegian prog band Pagans Mind?

Cheers!

If you want to stay in the area of the already mentioned bands, then
consider:
Therion, Sirenia, After Forever, Epica, Kamelot, Tristania, Trail Of
Tears.

Don't forget these:

A.C.T. (Sweden)
Kamelot (Norway / U.S.)
Angra (Brazil)
At Vance (Austria?)
Blind Guardian (Germany)
Elegy (Netherlands)
Lemur Voice (Netherlands)

Ok, not all of these are really symphonic, but you might like'em anyway....
