Dethrone Tyrrany is okay'ish, but the other two tracks are the worst on the
entire album, IMO. Heaven or Hell, New World Order and Heart of the Unicorn
are by far the best tracks on the disc.

Who has ever told you that? Most people who appreciate this kind of metal
recognizes Kiske as a kick-ass singer.

Fighting The World

Like I said, FtW has 3 good songs-Defender, Holy War, and Black Wind, Fire,
and Steel. That's 2 more good songs than on Kings of Metal, and BWF&S by
*itself* is better than EVERY SINGLE SONG on KoM combined.


Well, yes, pretty much. Admittedly, their best instrumental is on KoM, but
in the end, it's STILL an instrumental waste of space.

I bought this album when it was first released last year, and I think it's a
killer. Rettke does a kick-ass job as the main singer, and most of the other
people do a great job also. Kiske is actually the one that dissapointed me
the most though, he only sings on ballads here. Damian Wilson of Treshold
and Ayreon/Star One also does an amazing appearance, but unfortunately he
only sings like one verse on the entire album.

Definitely get this album!

Hehe, well I guess you're allowed to have your own opinion. I find both
Wheels of Fire, Kings of Metal, Kingdom Come and Blood of the Kings good, in
addition to Hail and Kill of course (my fave Manowar track). Kings of Metal
was my first Manowar album though, and that usually have a lot to say.

Agreed on Breathe Deep the Dark, disagreed on Transition.


Ample Destruction+Tyrants are killer(so are the Shadow Thief and Chain of
Command demos, if you don't mind bootlegs). Fourth Judgement and Age of
Mastery are very good. Thane to the Throne is fucking DULL AS SHIT(sorry
Mark). Mechanized Warfare has a couple good songs, but is still way too dull overall.


Music is okay, vocals ruin it.
