dude, I hugged her man, she is attractive but nothing to go as crazy
about as people seem too. I guess compared to any other women in
metal she is a 10. She did seem like a really down to earth person,
tho, I really hope the new LC album is good, but I have my doubts
already.

Not exactly a rining endorsement is it?

Since you like AE, I think you'll like Nightrage as well. Probably a
bit more speedy on some tracks. Do you like At the Gates? Same singer
as Slaughter of the Soul. (not sure he sang on all ATG albums)

Looks better than most women I know 10 years younger than her. All
we can do is wait on the new album. Which probably hits the internet
in a few weeks.
But if you like the style, try Beseech to hold you over until that
album is released. Ritchie will vouch for Beseech being good. Not
saying it's the greatest thing since sliced bread, but worth listening
to occasionally at least. Real songs, real melody, I think you get the
point.

Im not sure how old she is, she looks to be in her 20's but you said
35? She is beautiful!! Im not saying she isnt, and compared to
Angela from AE or OTEP!! They are not even in the same league. While
I would be more then happy to take her for a spin, compared to models
and actresses etc.. she is not all that. Altho personality counts
more then booby's and butt's in the long run (IMO).

BTW if she is in her 20's and you are hanging out with girls 10 years
younger.. well I think we might have discovered your problem Tommy boy!

I dont go crazy for every women/man vocal band. Infact I find it in
many cases an annoying gimmik. For instance there is a song on the
new In Flames with female vocals and in a review I read online they
rave about it... does nothing for me. Sure I can appreciate a GOOD
female vocalist, but just a women who can carry a tune contrasted with
growling vocals alone is something I can do without.

You may have heard a song or two, if you've bought the Metal for the
Masses CD's or the ID-8 CD.

All I know is she thanked her parents for "the princess they
produced 28 years ago" in the Unleashed Memories liner notes. I assume
that she meant her birth. I though the album was released in 1999. I
guess it was actually released in 2001, so that would make her around 33 years old.

In some pictures she looks like Sandra Bullock.

Yeah. exactly. I live in a college town, what can I say. All the
college aged girls spoils you. At least for looking at them.

I remember hearing about that on the IF album. Dark Tranquillity
seemed to have at least one song with female vocals on them on their
early albums. None of them seemed to be great singers, but the
contrasting styles is nice. Although for a full length album, bands
like Tristania, Therion and Draconian seem to do that sort of thing a
lot better.
In any case, Beseech doesn't do growling vocals. The current male
singer has a voice that sounds a bit like Peter Steele from Type O.
All I can say is find it, give them a few spins and you might end up
liking them.
As I said, Ritchie can vouch for them being worth listening to.
