Default Article re KISS without Paul

I noticed this article on metalsludge.com and wondered what everyone else
thought about it?

Is this just Paul's way of opting out because he wants to persue other
interests? Let's face it, it's a band, not an amusement park. Do fans really
care who is on stage in the make up or is this one of the reasons why KISS
tribute bands are so popular? It doesn't matter who the musicians are as
long as the pyro is there and the on stage antics are entertaining?

Sorry Prue, I disagree. Been a KISS fan since '78 and for me KISS are still
the four originals (although I do agree Eric Carr made a huge impact while
with the band). I'd rather see Ace and Peter than see Tommy and Eric S as
for me it's just not the same. If G and P had created new characters for
Tommy and Eric S as they have done with every other make-up member then I
feel people would more readily accept the latest line-up. It's the fact
that they are using existing character make-up with new faces which cause
the issues. All my opinion of course...lol
