No idea, although he recently said that Avril Lavigne was the oddest person
he's ever met, as she had none. I think the quote was 'doesn't she know
that someone might kidnap her and cut off her toes and then sell them to
someone like me on eBay?'. Not sure eBay was in there, but it's a plug.
