What would it take to put these projects together? I believe this:

1) Talented, dedicated, passionate musicians; not just "trashers" or
music-hobbiests.
2) Real players who have tremendous ears and can pick the stuff up
quickly and play it like it is on the recording.
3) Professional equipment and the know-how to use it (samplers,
effects, laptops).
4) Great improvisers with real musicality and the ability to deviate
as necessary.
5) Ability to communicate and cooperate effectively as a member of a
team (no control-freaks, arrogant attitudes or issues of entitlement -
ability to be flexible and humble).
6) Players who can do a LIMITED AMOUNT of rehearsals; show up, know
your parts, nail it down relatively quickly.
7) Ideally, players who do NOT have drug or alcohol problems.
8) (Insert your idea here)

At this point, it's only a thought, but a very serious one. I play
keyboards and can sing a bit, and would require at least one other
keyboard player or one of the following who can double: obviously, a
vocalist, bassist, drummer, percussion/electronics, and a couple of
guitarists.

Re NIN: It'd be a BIG PLUS if you think "The Fragile" is Reznor's
finest work; I certainly do, and am VERY MUCH interested in performing
his more recent works (Fragile, With Teeth, Year Zero) in addition to
a limited number of older works.
