YES, I know they ****. We could only bring in a disposable camera. If I
coulda taken my new digital, they would have been waaaaaaaaay better.
But it gives you some views of the concert you might not have seen yet.

Hello Scott,

I checked out your random pictures page - amazing clarity with the Olympus
camera. Liked the picture of the swan with its cygnet - beads of water on
the larger bird. How is the Olympus? I'm impressed with your results -
looks like a great piece of equipment.

Its pretty damn good. Im really happy with it so far. Just a few minor
problems: a bit noisy in lower light, doesnt focus well unless it can see
clear lines, wont zoom until it decides it has focus, or gives up (has caused
me to miss a bunch of shots). Most of this is fairly minor. You wont find a
camera that can do it ALL, but this one does quite a bit. Lots of manual
control, which I really like (i keep it on aperture priority most of the time)
and the 10x zoom is really nice!

Im still getting used to it, but I think this one is gonna keep me happy for a
few years.
