It was on the Japanese release wasn't it? Anyway, the guy said it was a
joke at the end of his post....

"How Many Say I" would be the obvious tipoff it's bogus.

Interestingly, I have heard that warner Bros is at least
considering a second "Best Of" that was rumored for this
December but obviously that ain't gonna happen at this point.

It's bullshit.

Nice try, but you left off too many of the obvious "hits", WB isn't
stupid, they are going to try to milk Vol. 2 for all the money it can
bring in and they are holding off on releasing it just in case Van
Halen do come back on another label. If the band gets hot again, they
can ride on the good PR paid for by the new label and throw out a
greatist hits the same year the band releases their next album.

Anyway, when it comes out Vol.2's track list will probably look
something more like this:

5. Everybody Wants Some
