Quality Supervisor
Direct the function of audit procedures, receiving inspection,
laboratory inspection/testing, and customer returned material.
Represents all Quality related functions at production meetings.
Prepares report, inspection procedures and methods. Alerts the
company of potential or existing problems that affect quality.
Willing to travel to customers as required.

Automotive experience preferred. Four year technical degree
REQUIRED. Five plus years of quality experience in a
manufacturing environment. Will consider 3 plus years if


work in a team oriented environment.

? Responsibilities include
o Insure quality systems and procedures are followed and
updated.
o Design programs for measuring the accuracy and precision of
equipment.
o Good communication skills, and the ability to track and report
results.
o Will be involved in all functions of quality including advanced
quality planning, problem solving, tooling and gauge design and
build.
o Participate in Continuous Improvement activities (i.e. scrap
reduction, cost reduction, improved efficiencies)

? Requirements:
o At least 2 or more years of quality engineering experience
o Ability to maintain shop floor SPC charts and facilitate
problem-solving teams
o In-depth experience with DOE, 8D, GD&T, PPAP, FMEA, APQP,
QS9000
o Experience dealing with automotive launches, customers,
suppliers
o Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline REQUIRED

? Desirable Skills:
o ASQ certification a plus
o TS16949 implementation participant
