Objectives:

Provide technical recommendations to assist with the architectural design, development and prototyping of a worksheet application that uses XML documents based upon national standards. Assist with the development of detailed specifications for applications using IDEF business modeling conventions, IDEF1-X data modeling conventions, and JAD sessions for requirements definition and specification.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Experience in using JXDD 3.0 to design and develop data exchanges for criminal justice agencies within county governments.
2. Experience in the design and development of criminal justice data dictionaries using JXDD 3.0.
3. Experience with design and development of ebXML data transport mechanisms.
4. Experience with the design, development and implementation of criminal history systems at the county level.
5. XML Schema and XSLT style sheet-related design and management expertise.
6. Extensive knowledge and experience with XML and related standards.
7. Knowledge and experience with XML parsing technologies.
8. Knowledge and experience with ADOBE and XML forms-based products.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with WEBSPHERE Application Server and Services, MQ and DB2 databases.
