Provide level 2 and 3 expert support to systems and applications. Drive problem circumvention and implementation of Root Cause Assessment learning across all appropriate environments. Responsibilities include change control, configuration management, and maintenance of systems, Operating System upgrades and scripting automation of redundant tasks. Support security compliance, logical access, overall availability of systems and ongoing health and welfare of environments. Possess a thorough understanding of networking infrastructure, communication protocols and database connectivity to aid in troubleshooting problems in all environments.
