Work with the Transportation Department on survey, roadway and right - of - way projects. Must be willing to travel within the state. Salary is based on experience.</p> ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ <b>Experience Required</b><br>Our Survey division in Little Rock is currently looking for an Instrument Operator to join our team as soon as possible. Qualified candidates will have High School, technical school or college education. Must have experience with Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department SDMS survey procedures and requirements. Preferably be qualified or certified in SDMS survey collection and processing software for design and land surveys. Operate and understand GPS equipment and software. Operate and process GPS equipment and software. Must have 6 years of surveying experience with 2 years as a Crew Chief. Must be knowledgeable in preparing boundary surveys, legal descriptions, topographic and location surveys.<p>All minimum qualifications must be met for consideration.
