Sarbanes-Oxley
experience. You will assist in the following areas: Monthly and
quarterly
management reports: gathering data from divisions, research
results, perform
analysis. Internal Audit: develop short and long term audit
plans, conduct
site visits, review and audit selected balance sheet accounts.
Sarbanes-Oxley
Compliance: Document internal controls, test internal controls,
coordinate with external audit for compliance testing.
SEC/External reporting: Assist in
preparing disclosures and reviewing SEC/GAAP. This is a busy and
