Maintenance Planner for the Garden Grove, CA Manufacturing
Facility.MeadWestvaco Consumer & Office Products has the best

SUMMARYPosition serves as Maintenance Planner, PM coordinator,
and Storeroom MMDC and has overall responsibility for storeroom,
inventory accuracy, and the PM program.Specific Job
Duties:*Create reservations and requisitions for routing &
scheduling break-in work.*Research part information and
acquisition.*Coordinate Preventative Maintenance (PM) program
including entering or updating PMs into the system *Plan &
schedule work ? parts, people, documentation, and machine
availability.*Create task list for repetitive jobs and identify
cause of premature parts failure.*Review job closures for further
work / parts required, PM changes needed, update of task lists.
Schedule other repairs as hidden problems are found during
repairs or PMs.*Coordinate with outside contractors and
vendors*Process SAP service entries related to contractors*Fill
in for Maintenance Supervisor during his absence.*Motivate
employees to be part of a team working towards department
operational objectives.*Participate in department and plant
safety programs. JOB REQUIREMENTS*Bachelors or Associates degree
strong preferred. High school diploma or GED and a minimum of
five years maintenance related experience required.*Previous
supervisory experience preferred.*Knowledge of production
