The National Accounts Representative position is an excellent

<b>Requirements: </b>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree
</li><li>Bilingual Spanish a must!
</li><li>Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving
record.
</li><li>2-4 years of experience in sales or related field
preferred.
</li><li>Drive to succeed. </li></ul>
<b>Compensation:</b>
<ul><li>Competitive base salary DOE with a $10,000 ($2,500 per
quarter) bonus structure.
</li><li>Company vehicle, cell phone, PDA
</li><li>Paid professional training

<b>Available Territories:</b>
Boston, MA; Jacksonville, FL; West Palm Beach, FL; Knoxville, TN;
Inland Empire, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Minnesota, Norwalk, CT;
Nashville, TN; and Des Moines, IA.
<b>Responsibilities: </b>
Your objective will be to promote and increase the sales of our
fiber cement Hardiplank siding and Hardibacker products within
your territory. You will be expected to be a contributing team
member, as teamwork is very important to our success.
Some examples of how to achieve your objectives:
<ul><li>Identify market specific needs including competitive
****ysis
</li><li>Employ traditional and “out of the box” marketing
techniques
</li><li>Work closely with District/Store Manager on high-level
projects
</li><li>Educating your accounts and their customers and
contractors on James Hardie products
</li><li>Identification of qualified contractors that have the
potential to be converted to use and promote James Hardie
products
</li><li>Partner with other James Hardie Sales Representative for
large events, projects and presentations to large customers.
</li><li>Properly managing inventory levels to ensure growth
</li><li>Constantly work to develop yourself and your
co-workers</li></ul>
