The UI Prototyper will deliver a range of online interactive prototypes
demonstrating design concepts and finished embodiments for client's consumer
and administrative tools. This is a great position for someone passionate about
user-centered design, and highly skilled and experienced in the rapid
implementation of proofs of concept.

This position works closely with Program and Product Management, Engineering,
and User Experience to understand requirements; constructs interactive
prototypes; reviews and provides technical feedback on requirements, user
interface architecture, and design specifications; assists with task
prioritization; and, where required, delivers finished XHTML 1.0 strict,
CSS-enabled and accessible Web, mobile, and PDA pages.

This position requires expert proficiency with CSS, JavaScript, and HTML;
familiarity with a broad range of front end technologies for Web, PC clients
and mobile devices, including Java, XML, ActiveX, Flash, Applets, JSP, HTML,
XHTML, DHTML; strong knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and
accessibility requirements; and experience prototyping complex software
projects including consumer-facing and administrative components. Other
requirements include proficiency with DHTML, Flash, and "thick-client"
prototyping tools (Delphi, Visual Basic); experience with various platforms and
hardware technologies (desktop, Web, mobile device); experience as Webmaster or
primary developer of a large, dynamically driven public or Intranet site;
Graphic design expertise, with an eye for composition and meticulous visual
consistency.

Requires bachelors' degree in Computer Science with Human Factors / Design
concentration, OR in a design discipline (Graphic / Product / Industrial) with
Computer Science concentration, AND 3+ years' prototyping experience.
