This position will have responsibility to execute test scripts across multiple applications in the contact center. The person will also be responsible for documenting test results, maintaining both detail and summary of all tests performed and providing updates 1 - 2 times daily to each of several project teams. As needed, the person must be willing to work Saturday and either early morning (6AM MT) or staying late evening hours (7 PM MT).
