CAN BE BASED IN EITHER DENVER COLORADO OR DALLAS TEXAS<br><br>The
Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the planning,
coordination, direction, and execution of Large Health Care
design-build and construction management projects as related to
administration and management of the prime contract and / or
construction subcontracts. Will also be responsible for:
Monitoring the progress of the overall design, Performing value
engineering and constructability reviews, Developing construction
and procurement bid packages, Coordinating local bidding efforts,
Responding to requests for information, Awarding, administering,
and managing subcontracts and purchase orders, Coordinating,
expediting, and reviewing construction and procurement
submittals, Managing the project scope, price, and schedule,
Managing project quality assurance and control, Managing site
safety, and Preparing and updating project schedules, pay
requests, and daily, weekly, and monthly reports. While not
otherwise involved in project-specific work, will also support
project and proposal efforts in other regional offices. Support
will include, but not be limited to marketing support, client
presentations, estimating, procurement, project controls, etc.

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction or related Minimum
of 15 years experience in various aspects of construction
planning and management including, but not limited to estimating,
bidding, preparing and administering purchase orders and
subcontracts, scheduling, cost control, etc. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
WITH LARGE HEALTHCARE PROJECTS IS A MUST. Strong leadership,
project management and eople skills are required. Ability to
interact with the design team Estimating software (Timberline
preferred) Scheduling software (Primavera P3 or SureTrak
preferred) Project management software (Prolog preferred)
