Manage organization and TSYS projects as requested. Create User Acceptance Test plans and scripts / execute User Acceptance Test scripts on the TSYS (Total Systems) TS2 credit card platform. Ability to navigate though the Customer Service screens on the TSYS (Total Systems) TS2 Retail Credit Card Platform. Provide support to analyze customer processes and requirements against technology capabilities and assist in formulating options to meet customer needs and provide assistance in testing. REQUIREMENTS: Requires 3 - 5 years of experience in the business line or experience in project management. Expert knowledge of the Retail TSYS-TS2 Credit Card platform at Total Systems. Four year college degree in a related field. Applied management knowledge typically acquired through an advanced degree, professional certification, and/or work experience.
