RESPONSIBILITIES: The TAS is a customer-focused individual who serves as the primary resource for customers contacting the Information Center regarding products and services. They must be able to build rapport with customers, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, while responding to customer inquiries. The variety of subjects handled is extensive e.g., product information, pricing, patient education materials, product quality complaints, adverse experiences and more. Additionally, the TAS may contribute to Information Center outbound initiatives, making contact with customers to deliver specific messages and/or offer samples, literature or other services to physicians and health care staff. While interacting with customers, the Brand Specialists wear headsets and sit at a computer for extended periods of time.
