audit assignments. Auditor plans, organizes, performs audit

recommendations. Conducts audit review with professionalism and
intergrity to determine that escrow accounts are intact and
properly stated. Auditor will also insure that bookkeepers are
knowledgeable and are exercising controls to insure the integrity
of the escrow accounting. Auditor will educate with sound escrow
accounting practices as well as statutory compliance and other
regulatory requirements. Reports to Southeast Region Audit
Director Successful Candidate Profile: BA in Accounting or
Finance Valid driver's license for Florida Bilingual-
English/Spanish Willing to Travel Display a high degree of
business acumen Self Starter with ability to work effectively
with minimal supervision Customer oriented attitude a must
