Job Functions: HR - Generalist - Position Purpose The Sr. Human
Resource Integration Manager is responsible for the development
and evolution of all HR processes related to acquisition and
integration and provides leadership to the HR Integration
Managers, and functional HR leaders in utilizing six sigma
process methodology to maximize performance and customer service.
As part of the HR Integration team, this position is actively
involved in conducting due diligence, ensuring appropriate rigor
is applied to the evaluation of target HR policies, practices,
programs, plans, processes and culture, and for the
identification of potential risks, issues and costs that could
negatively impact THD. The Sr.HR Integration Manager utilizes the
functional HR SME s to evaluate and provide recommended solutions
for the integration of benefits, compensation, employment
practices, staffing, organization effectiveness, learning; and in
conjunction with the business HR Leader, is responsible for pre
and post-close planning, coordination and implementation of these
activities across all HR functional areas in an assigned
business. Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key
Accountabilities * Leads the development and ongoing improvement
of of HR acquisition and integration processes for the HD Supply
division. * Ensures consistent application of processes in both
platform acquisitions and business rollups. * Partners with HR
functional leaders to evaluate and improve process methodology
for implementation and integration of HR programs across all
Supply business units. * Assembles the functional project team
designated to conduct HR due diligence, and provide THD with a
comprehensive evaluation of target HR processes, programs and
activities in staffing, compensation, benefits, employment
practices, organization effectiveness, learning,
self-representation and employment litigation. * Establishes
regular reporting processes to ensure team deliverables including
****ysis, recommendations, projected costs, required approvals
are completed in accordance with the established timeline. *
Identifies and do***ents issues and potential risks. *
Identifies, researches and do***ents all required HR integration
decisions, presents available options and alternatives to the
Business Integration Leader and Business HR leader and gains
consensus. * Drives all pre-close integration tasks and
develops associate communication in partnership with the
Communication Manager. * Leads and do***ents HR integration
calls with benefit and payroll partners, and target HR team
members, following up on action items and bringing issues to
closure. * Represents the HR functional team on the business
integration team calls, providing regular status updates to the
Business Integration Leader. * Develops a comprehensive
post-close integration strategy tailored to both the individual
business needs and THD Compliance requirements, including
associate orientation, HR process training, program and process
implementation. * Rolls out the integration plan and partners
with the Business Integration Leader, Business HR Leader and the
functional HR Leaders to ensure timely and effective execution.
