Spanish or Portuguese BILINGUAL - Job Functions:
Banking/Brokerage, Consulting, Finance - As an individual
contributor, responsible for the implementation and monitoring of
a compliance program. Provides compliance risk expertise for
projects and initiatives with high risk. Identifies issues
resulting from internal and/or external compliance examinations.
Works with complex business unit(s) to identify and resolve
issues, and to implement resulting action plans to address
deficiencies. Designs and coordinates the preparation and the
review of policies, procedures, training materials and other
communications to ensure business unit(s) meets and maintains
compliance requirements. Designs and develops compliance testing
strategies and methodologies, and performs or directs testing
activities. Prepares management reporting on compliance.
Evaluates new or enhanced products, processes and/or initiatives
for compliance issues. Manages and/or coordinates state, agency
or other examinations conducted by external parties. This
position will focus on the following areas (1) coordinating
federal regulatory examinations and (2) developing and issuing
executive level compliance reporting Requirements: BA / BS degree
plus 5 years related experience or equivalent. Analytical along
with strong writing and communication skills. Preferred Skills:
Demonstrated ability to successfully interact with regulators.
CRCM-Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager designation. Project
Management .or Management experience a plus.
